Can you handle bulk production, and do you offer batch shipping?

• Scalability: Yes. Our facility runs an agile print farm optimized for low-to-mid volume manufacturing runs.
• Logistics: We accommodate staggered delivery schedules, split-destination shipments, and recurring monthly contract fulfillment to align perfectly with your inventory management or JIT (Just-In-Time) assembly lines.

 What post-processing and finishing services do you provide?

We deliver parts according to your exact mechanical or aesthetic specifications. Standard finishes include:

• Support Removal: Clean geometric breakdown with minor cosmetic cleanup at contact interfaces.
• Media Blasting & Sanding: Bead/sand blasting to eliminate layer lines and create a uniform, professional matte texture. 
• Vapor Smoothing: Chemical post-processing for select polymers to yield fully sealed, glossy, fluid-tight surfaces.
• Threaded Inserts: Heat-setting brass threads to provide high-strength, reusable metal-on-metal mating points for industrial enclosures.

 Can you provide technical datasheets or Material Safety Datasheets (MSDS)?

• Technical Compliance: Yes. We exclusively source raw materials from established industrial chemical compounders. We can provide Technical Data Sheets (TDS) outlining exact tensile strength, flexural modulus, and heat deflection temperatures (HDT), as well as standard MSDS/SDS documentation upon request.

How do you verify dimensional tolerances?

• Metrology Protocol: We actively monitor quality control using high-precision digital calipers and micrometer gauges. Standard manufacturing tolerances are held to \(\pm 0.1 \text{ mm}\) for structural features. If your application dictates extreme precision on critical mating pins or bearing bores, please explicitly denote those geometric dimensions on your technical blueprint during the RFQ stage.
